Property was excellent and extremely spacious, perfect for a large group with everything you need. Only downside was 1 bathroom between the 8 of us but it wasn’t that much of an issue. Also the apartment is sensitive to noise but that’s well documented so not something we weren’t expecting.

Mooi appartement, goede inrichting. Douchespullen aanwezig, föhne ook. Voldoende wc papier, handdoeken aanwezig. Bedden waren opgemaakt, top. Fijne bedden, goede (slaap)bank. Voldoende ruimte voor 10 personen. Fijne ligging, alle openbaar vervoer dicht in de buurt, bakker en supermarkt om de hoek. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid dan wel niet direct voor appartement, wel op goede loopafstand. Wij hebben 3 opmerkingen, maar zijn niet als negatieve beiordeling bedoeld:. Het was niet anders in te richten, maar 1 douche en wc meer zou fijn zijn geweest. (Er is maar 1 douche en wc) Kussens waren wat dun/ plat, maar dat is natuurlijk persoonlijk. Er hangt een decibel meter: Wij waren met 9 personen en die hebben natuurlijk soms wat volume. Maar was uiteindelijk niet storend, wel onwennig.

Great location with easy access to the airport and into the city centre. Several restaurants nearby. Spacious and comfortable. Excellent service from the owners who checked all was okay. The bathroom is small for a property which can sleep 10 people. You also have to walk through one bedroom from another to get to the bathroom.

Very nice apartment, it has some nice bakeries and big supermarket just 5 minutes walk. Also, super important, it has U-bahn, which helped us a lot to go to the center (U6). The apartment itself is vey quiet and has all you need for a short stay - kitchen and washing machine. Recommended!

The property itself was lovely, it had everything you could need from shower gel to washing powder and a washing machine. It was spacious and had a sauna that my children absolutely loved! The shower was great, kitchen perfect, beds comfortable and ample charging points for electric items. Also, only a short walk to the train station where you could make your way to all the famous landmarks easily.

We stayed with our two teenager sons for three nights. The apartment was convenient and spacious, offering two double-beds. We intentionally looked for a place with free parking, and we could easily park in the street near the apartment entrance. The large television (with subscriptions) was a nice addition, and we used it to watch a movie. All necessary amenities were there, including sheets, towels, a large refrigerator and a washing machine. The apartment is conveniently located near public transport: we had the bad luck of a two-day strike of busses, trams, and subway: but also the S-bahn (which was running) station is only a short stroll. Also in the direct vicinity there are several restaurants, supermarkets, and bakeries. Small things that did not bother our stay much. The door to the bathroom closes a little difficult. There are windows but because apartment on ground floor, these are opaque (rightly so): but that means no direct view outside (not a problem for us). With the white curtains, at night the room stays a bit light, so sensitive travelers may want to bring an eye mask.

Bon emplacement, grand espace convivial et lits très confortable ! Petit bémol, toilette non séparé de la salle de bain, quand on est 8 personnes cela peut être gênant mais sinon rien à dire !

The property is located to Tempelhof area. Nearby there are restaurants, supermarkets and the Tempelhof Hafen with many shops. Area was quiet and safe. Even is not close to the main attractions of Berlin you can catch the ubahn U6 (station is very close) and in 20 mins to reach Mitte-Unter den Linden. The host provided all the necessary information for c/i which were accurate and explained very well. The apartment is well equipped and spacious with all the necessary for a short stay. A kitchen hood for the stove should be a must have. Kitchen equipment needed more attention to cleanliness

Tarvittavat ohjeet kerrottiin viestitse hyvissä ajoin, ja lisätietoa omistajilta oli helppo saada. Talo on hiljainen ja rauhallisessa ympäristössä, mutta kuitenkin sekä metroaseman että useiden ruokakauppojen ja ravintoloiden läheisyydessä. Asunto oli saapuessamme odotuksenmukainen ja siisti. Ehdottomasti hintansa väärti!
