Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Hosts. Haben zu 6 in der Unterkunft übernachtet und alle ein ruhiges und bequemes Plätzchen gefunden. Waren wegen einem Konzert in der Stadt und kamen mit der Bahn schnell auf die Museuminsel und die Uber Arena.

The property itself was lovely, it had everything you could need from shower gel to washing powder and a washing machine. It was spacious and had a sauna that my children absolutely loved! The shower was great, kitchen perfect, beds comfortable and ample charging points for electric items. Also, only a short walk to the train station where you could make your way to all the famous landmarks easily.

Our stay at Phil’s place was amazing!! It had everything we needed and Phil was an amazing host, super responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in Berlin!

Großes, sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Appartement in super Lage. Sehr gut für große Gruppen geeignet, wir haben alle sehr gut geschlafen, Betten bequem und die Gegend auch in der Nacht sehr ruhig. Das Bad ist zwar schon grenzwertig klein, aber für einen kurzen Zeitraum trotzdem okay. Wir würden es weiterempfehlen!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nabil & Phil’s apartment. We had an early flight and they were able to get us into the Airbnb super early, we really appreciated them going the extra mile. It was clean, good amenities and a good location. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed with our two teenager sons for three nights. The apartment was convenient and spacious, offering two double-beds. We intentionally looked for a place with free parking, and we could easily park in the street near the apartment entrance. The large television (with subscriptions) was a nice addition, and we used it to watch a movie. All necessary amenities were there, including sheets, towels, a large refrigerator and a washing machine. The apartment is conveniently located near public transport: we had the bad luck of a two-day strike of busses, trams, and subway: but also the S-bahn (which was running) station is only a short stroll. Also in the direct vicinity there are several restaurants, supermarkets, and bakeries. Small things that did not bother our stay much. The door to the bathroom closes a little difficult. There are windows but because apartment on ground floor, these are opaque (rightly so): but that means no direct view outside (not a problem for us). With the white curtains, at night the room stays a bit light, so sensitive travelers may want to bring an eye mask.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Phil und Nabil. Die Unterkunft entsprach voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen, da wir sowieso wenig Zeit dort verbracht haben, um Berlin zu besichtigen und zu genießen. Für 9 Personen ist sie sehr gut geeignet, abgesehen davon, dass die Dusche etwas klein ist und es etwas störend ist, dass die einzige Toilette im Badezimmer ist, wenn man mit mehreren Personen reist. Aber abgesehen davon war alles gut und die Unterkunft entspricht genau der Beschreibung!

We had a fabulous stay! The apartment was perfect and very spacious - even for five of us. The bathroom is small but wasn't an issue at all. Location was great, very close to the train station and a 30 minute stroll to some key attractions. The hosts were fantastic, very friendly and helpful with local recommendations and answered any questions quickly. There is a cute coffee shop literally around the corner which was perfect for a morning coffee and pastry. The living space was extremely comfortable, which was perfect for a late night relax after a long day of exploring. Overall, couldn't be happier and would highly recommend.
